Local production helps limit the carbon footprint, while ensuring regular oversight of the workshops by the teams and careful craftsmanship by trusted artisans. It also reflects Soeur's commitment to developing an increasingly local production, as close as possible to France.

Founded by Italian-born Luisa Orsini and French-born Antonine Peduzzi, TL180 was born from a meeting in Rome in 2005, around a shared sensibility and a refusal of fast fashion. Settling in Paris in 2012, they launched the brand by blending a French allure — understated and nonchalant — with the exacting standards of Italian craftsmanship. Their first piece took shape after an exhibition by Anselm Kiefer: a handmade clutch, the starting point of TL180.
